At Founders, we want to make keeping track of your administration and finances as easy as possible. That\u2019s why we will start working with a new feature within our accounting software: a bank link between your business bank account and our accounting software. In this blog, we\u2019ll explain how this works and what advantages this has for you.<\/b><\/p>

Why use the bank link?
<\/b>With the bank link you can quickly and easily check whether your administration is complete, and it automatically categorizes all the transactions in your business bank account. In order to be able to do this, it\u2019s important that your accounting is up to date and all income and expenses have been added to the accounting tool. By doing so, you can always be sure that your administration is in order!<\/span><\/p>

Automatic linking through Ponto
<\/b>To set up a secure connection, we use Ponto. This service provides an automatic bank link that continuously retrieves new transactions, so you won\u2019t have to import anything manually. For security reasons, you must re-authorize this retrieval every 90 days. You\u2019ll always receive a reminder for this in your Founders bank overview 30 days in advance.<\/span><\/i><\/p>
